How Belief and Faith Are Different, and Why It Matters

❓Are faith and belief the same thing? ❓

Actually, there is an important distinction…

When it comes to faith, knowledge is different than trust. 🛡️

For example, someone may believe Christ’s death and resurrection are true, but not trust in it for their salvation.

Faith — a precious gift from the Holy Spirit — is trusting not just that Jesus died but that Jesus died for you. ❤️

You couldn’t create this faith yourself no matter how hard you tried.🔨

Even demons know who Jesus is, but they don’t have faith. ❌

Your faith isn’t about your effort — it’s Christ working in you through the gospel.

Through this Spirit-given trust, you can be certain of the salvation Jesus won for you. 🙌
