Barnabas is an example of faithfulness to the church. Barnabas gave all his earthly possessions upon believing the Gospel. He vouched for Paul (formerly Saul, the persecutor of Christians) to the Apostles. He accompanied Paul on some of his missions to the Gentiles. And he shows us how to peacefully disagree with one another in the church.
