Intrusive Thought: Am I Bad Christian Because I Struggle to Read the Bible?
We can lose hours scrolling but struggle to spend minutes in Scripture. That’s the reality of being a sinner.
Here’s the good news: the Bible isn’t just a book you read alone, it’s a faith that gets preached. Go to church.
Even when you struggle to pay attention, the truth is still proclaimed to you over and over again.
And here’s something worth remembering: if you’ve stopped struggling with it entirely, that might be the real warning sign. But if you’re still wrestling with it? Keep wrestling.
Your struggle is forgiven. Your sin is forgiven. And you get to read about that forgiveness in Scripture.
