Speaking of Faith: Is Faith Reasonable?

Skeptics like Dr. Dawkins argue that there is no convincing evidence for God. But what would constitute “convincing evidence?” How can an infinite, transcendent Being who is beyond the confines of time and space show His existence to us finite creatures who are bound by time and space? The only way would be for God to occupy time and space, which He did. “The Word became Flesh and dwelt among us” (John 1:14).

The Kingdom of the Left flows from the Kingdom of the Right. Here God gives humanity the right to rule. But it comes with responsibilities. The Left can never subordinate the Right. The Left is responsible to allow the Gospel to spread unfettered. The Left is given authority to punish crimes, wage war, and protect its citizens, which is where military service as a vocation comes into play.
