Make a joyful shout to the LORD, all you lands! (From the Introit for Epiphany 1)
“Son of man, I have made you a watchman for the house of Israel; therefore hear a word from My mouth, and give them warning from Me” (Ezekiel 3:17).
And He said to me: "Son of man, I am sending you to the children of Israel, to a rebellious nation that has rebelled against Me; they and their fathers have transgressed against Me to this very day. (Ezekiel 2:3)
You shall not murder. What does this mean? We should fear and love God so that we do not hurt or harm our neighbor in his body, but help and support him in every physical need. (The Fifth Commandment)
So [the chief priests and scribes] said to [Herod], "In Bethlehem of Judea, for thus it is written by the prophet: 'But you, Bethlehem, in the land of Judah, Are not the least among the rulers of Judah; For out of you shall come a ruler who will shepherd My people Israel' " (Matthew 2:5-6).

The Fourth Commandment: “Honor your father and your mother.” What does this mean? “We should fear and love God so that we do not despise our parents and other authorities, but honor them, serve and obey them.” (The Small Catechism)
